LEADERSHIP SKILL

To effectively lead a team, you must be able to lead yourself at first. Therefore, in addition to members and teams as external factors, Proactive Learners also need to take proper trainings, improving and developing effectively themselves as prioritized actions and competencies.

CEG built a Leadership Key Program including many Topic Modules. This is a program designed with priority for subjects at Middle Management and Supervisory level to create a foundation for skill sets which are in-depth, on-target, and directly based on current roles of the learners. However, Senior Management or Executive level personnel can also refer it to self-develop through systematic content and special situations. This program also benefits for other learners who need additional references to prepare for their upcoming journey.

AT CEG WILL

  • Based on practical lessons from Leadership Coach, apply them to CEG’s standard Case Studies immediately and perform assessments after each Learning Topic.
  • Receive result reports and be certified according to the 5-level competency framework
  • Receive Leadership Coach’s explanation of the answers according to each desired option

PROACTIVE LEARNER need to observe and listen to all the contents of each lecture, answer all the quizzes, and complete the Case Study with practical questions obtained by CEG. However, it is more important to apply your conclusions in leading yourself first, thereby assess yourself whether you have been leading your team properly and correctly before applying what you have improved after your study in leading your members and team.
