Phase 1 - Journey of Initiation and Personal growth
I embarked on my career in the hospitality industry from entry level and advanced to occupy various senior management roles including Front Desk Supervisor, Night Auditor Supervisor, Front Office Manager and Duty Manager for several top brands such as Saigon Lodge Hotel, Empress Hotel, Sofitel Hotel and Caravelle Hotel. Having graduated in 2001 from University of Foreign Trade, I earned MBA Degree in USA in 2005. Phase 2 - Education and Training
The second phase of my career path was in Education and Training. I accomplished my roles in numerous prominent organizations, including Apollo Education & Training, CitySmart Vietnam, International FasTracKids, and IBTA - CBP. Throughout this journey, I had held several significant leadership positions, such as working as a Regional Manager overseeing 6,000 students, assuming the role of a General Manager of an international education group at the age of 29.

Phase 3 - Remarkable journey in a multitude of dynamic industries
Over the past 15 years, I had made a remarkable journey with diverse experiences in a multitude of dynamic industries, including Marketing & Event, Digital Marketing Offshore Production, Media and Entertainment, Education and Training, and Business Investments. Throughout this period, I had ccupied several key positions, including Director and C Suite roles, contributing to the success of leading enterprises such as A Chau Communications, Pyramid Consulting Company, MegaStar Media, CGV Vietnam, Walt Disney, Universal, Paramount, Fox 20th Century, Pathway School, Lightning McQueen, and Columbus Education Group. Attaining the title of International Certified Trainer and Coach since 2005, I delivered many high quality programs for more than two hundred enterprises in the past 18 years.
