Supervising and being supervised are indispensable functions in daily operations of any enterprise. Without an effective monitoring system, it is not possible to ensure that goals and plans are implemented in the expected direction and manner. Besides, lack of an effective monitoring system can also lead to many problems within the team that cause impacts on the coordination process when it is not resolved timely. Effective supervision will create discipline, discipline will create the strength of a team.

Training Program: Planning & Supervision Key Program is developed by CEG with many Topic Modules. This is a program designed with a focus on system, process, and principles or creating rules to apply in operations in a scientific way. The program gives priority to subjects at Middle Management and Supervisory level to create a foundation for skill sets and management styles which are in-depth, on-target and directly based on current roles the learners. However, Senior Management or Executive level personnel can also refer it to self-develop through systematic content and special situations. This program also benefits for other learners who need additional references to prepare for their upcoming journey.

PROACTIVE LEARNER need to observe and listen to all the contents of each lecture, answer all the quizzes, and complete the Case Study with practical questions obtained by CEG. However, it is important to understand that this program requires you to take efforts to accept the principles that you need to have a strong will to maintain your self-discipline to practice until it becomes your own skill. Persistence and proactively facing real-life situations will help learners effectively perform this important role.
