Training Program: Organization and Operational Management (Management Key Program) is developed by CEG with many Topic Modules. This is a program designed with priority for subjects at Middle Management and Supervisory level to create a foundation for skill sets and management styles which are in-depth, on-target and directly based on current roles of the learners. However, Senior Management or Executive level personnel can also refer it to self-develop through systematic content and special situations. This program also benefits for other learners who need additional references to prepare for their upcoming journey.
