My personal vision at CEG is to facilitate each Leadership Coach has his own "Shared Happy Legacy"
Either meaningful achievement or painful failures present us with beautiful opportunities for growth. However, in light of effective leadership and management principles, it's evident that we can not soly rely on ourselves to surmount flashy success or low morale. Working life is a circle of experiencing and proving, but at the end of our journey, sharing values is the greatest happiness. This is where leadership becomes a true team-based education, training & coaching center. This ignites my lifelong passion and commitment to the core values.
I am very excited to collaborate with my cohesive team and other Leadership Coaches to contribute my 31-year working experiences and values from 27- year experience in management and leadership to CEG's learners who are yearning for lessons to succeed.
The leadership style is not dependent on the leader's willpower,

THE FOUNDER'S MESSAGE
Dear Colleagues,
Each of us was born with our own undiscovered talent, but to optimize learning opportunities to grow our leadership potential is always a challenging journey. There are several sources to cultivate knowledge, but there are not many ways to broaden our experiences unless we undergo actual situations. Life is too short to miss the professional legacy from leadership seniors, of which I do believe that the shorter way at lower cost to achieve success for the next generation is learning from the predecessors’ real life experiences.
CEG platform was found with the first and aforementioned core purpose, we do hope our communities will inspire a great passion of self-development journeys through our realistic and practical leadership case-study-base platform, with that concept, we firmly believe that the more case studies we share with learners, the more love and value we contribute to our “happy legacy” eventually. CEG has allocated considerable investment in energy, intellect, resources… to make this platform valuable to many proactive learners; to make each case study meaningful lessons which can optimize benefits to maximum learners; to make each video great inspiration; to help each test-taker envision their own directions and goals for their future success; to interact true stories with our leadership coaches in each CEG offline talkshow...
We, the CEG dedicated team, know that we can’t do this alone, but this journey is obviously very meaningful and valuable with us firstly, for many professionals, and for business partners who we have collaborated during the past 18 years, so we know we MUST join our hands to make this ambitious journey a great success.
