CEG's Leadership Coaches conduct weekly consultation and sharing sessions in person in small groups and online through "live" sessions on CEG's official channel
We believe that sharing your own problems does not show weakness and loss of face, but rather shows the wisdom of knowing how to refer to and mobilize the community's capacity to develop yourself at a higher level. Being able to clearly write down your situation is a basic and first ability in the journey to solving them.
In order for Proactive Learners at CEG to practice the skill of writing an effective CASE STUDY, CEG has organized a Learning Topic: CREATE A CASE STUDY SKILL for Leadership Coach so that they can give a clear instruction and free of charge for those who are interested in and really want to experience and develop this skill. Writing a CASE STUDY is a necessary and first ability for us to begin the journey of solving complex problems in life and at work.
